Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Rush will use your confidential medical information only to provide you health care services.
Rush will, at all times, maintain your confidential medical information in strict confidence and will not disclose any information about you to any unaffiliated third party unless you authorize that person to receive your information or unless the information is permitted to be disclosed by law.

MyRushMobile collects user's device location information to provide accurate directions to provider's office location. MyRushMobile uses Bluetooth on your phone to help inform your doctor's office that you have arrived at their facility. MyRushMobile uses the camera to capture video and audio from your phone when you are participating in a video visit with your provider. MyRushMobile requests permission to your device's images when you would like to change your photo within the application. MyRushMobile requests access to your calendar on your device to be able to easily sync your appointment with your provider to your personal calendar. MyRushMobile accesses user's SSID information from their device to see if the user is connected to the internet. MyRushMobile accesses user's files on their device to allow users to be able to upload pictures and other data into their health record. All of the information that MyRushMobile requests is not saved within MyRushMobile's database.
